Terms of Service
Effective date: 18 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and AI agent services (the "Service") provided by Olanna, Inc. ("Olanna," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account.
1. What Olanna does
Olanna provides AI agents that handle calls, messages, bookings, and related tasks for small businesses that subscribe to the Service. If you are a business, you configure and direct the agent. If you are a customer of such a business, you interact with that business through the agent.
2. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Your responsibilities as a business
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you give the Service, including your services, prices, hours, and policies.
- Complying with the laws that apply to your business, including laws governing calls and text messages such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your own customers for messages and calls you direct Olanna to send.
- Your business decisions. AI output can contain errors, and you remain responsible for your customer relationships and outcomes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, send unlawful or deceptive messages, infringe the rights of others, attempt to breach security, scrape or copy the Service, or build a competing product from it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Fees
Fees and billing are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. One-time and lifetime plans follow the terms shown at purchase. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
6. Intellectual property
Olanna owns the Service, including its software, models, and design. You own the business data and content you provide, and you grant us a license to use that data solely to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as payment, calendar, messaging, and point-of-sale providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olanna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Olanna harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for risk to the Service or to others. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will post the updated version and provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
